These terms apply to the public AAN Smart Solution website. Use of the D&A Management Software application is governed separately, by the contract signed with each customer.

Site content

The information here is presentational. Feature descriptions reflect the product as at the date the page was updated and may change as the product develops. Modules marked as in development are not available and cannot be purchased.

Not a contractual offer

Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer. Prices, timescales and conditions are agreed in writing, through a quotation and a contract.

Intellectual property

The text, graphics, the AAN Smart Solution name and the product names belong to the company. They may not be reproduced commercially without written agreement.

External links

The site links to the D&A application, hosted on a separate domain. We are not responsible for the content of any other third-party sites that may be referenced.

Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the published information correct and current, but we do not warrant that the site is available uninterrupted or free of errors.
