Privacy policy

This policy covers the public AAN Smart Solution website only. The D&A Management Software application runs on a separate domain and has its own data processing terms, agreed with each customer by contract.

What we collect

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track visitors. No third-party resources are loaded: fonts are served from our own origin.

The only data we receive is what you send us deliberately:

• through the contact form: name, company, email, phone (optional), number of employees (optional) and your message;
• by email, if you write to us directly.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry and, if you want one, to arrange a demo. We do not use it for automated marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to other companies for commercial purposes.

Who else has access

The contact form is processed by a specialist third-party provider that forwards the message to us by email. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Both process the data solely to provide that service.

How long we keep it

We keep commercial correspondence for as long as the discussion requires and as long as our legal obligations demand. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. For any of these, write to contact@aansmartsolution.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date above.
