Privacy policy

This policy covers the public AAN Smart Solution website only. The D&A Management Software application runs on a separate domain and has its own data processing terms, agreed with each customer by contract.

What we collect

This site sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not track you across other sites. No third-party resources are loaded: both the fonts and the measurement script described below are served from our own origin.

We measure traffic with Vercel Web Analytics. For each page view it records the page visited, the page you came from, the country, the device type, the operating system and the browser. Your IP address is not stored: it is used only to derive a temporary identifier that changes daily and cannot be tied back to a person. We cannot reconstruct any one visitor's path, and we do not combine this with anything else.

The rest is what you send us deliberately:

• through the contact form: name, company, email, phone (optional), number of employees (optional) and your message;
• by email, if you write to us directly.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry and, if you want one, to arrange a demo. We do not use it for automated marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to other companies for commercial purposes.

Traffic data we use solely to know which pages are read and where visitors arrive from, on the legal basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how our own site is used. It is aggregate, cookieless and carries no persistent identifier, so it cannot identify you.

Who else has access

The contact form is processed by a specialist third-party provider that forwards the message to us by email. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which also provides the traffic measurement described above. Both process the data solely to provide that service.

How long we keep it

We keep commercial correspondence for as long as the discussion requires and as long as our legal obligations demand. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. For any of these, write to nicaalex2006@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date above.
