D&A Management Software
The order lands, material is reserved, the operator scans, the machine runs, quality signs off. At the end you know what it cost — not three weeks later, from accounting.
One order. One version of the truth.
Most small and mid-sized factories are not short of data. They have it — spread across a spreadsheet, a handwritten docket, and the head of someone who is off today.
D&A ties the order to its material, its machine operations and its quality checks, so the real status is visible without having to ask anyone.
The interface is complete in Romanian and English, dates read day/month/year, and money is held in RON. Small details, right up until they are the ones missing.
- 01
Timekeeping without timesheets
Time on a piece is recorded when the operator scans, not when they remember at the end of the shift. Nobody fills anything in by hand.
- 02
Material comes off stock by itself
Closing an operation draws the consumption from stock against the routing. Reserved stock and free stock are two different things, and you see them separately.
- 03
Cost grows with the piece
Material, machine time and labour, adding up against the order while the work happens. Held in RON, whatever currency you choose to read.
- 04
Scrap does not wreck the whole order
When quality rejects pieces, the remaining quantity recalculates and the later steps fall into line on their own. Nobody re-enters the order from scratch.
- 05
The machine says whether it is free
A machine being worked on is occupied for everyone, at the same moment. You do not find out at three in the afternoon that two people were counting on it.
- 06
Four screens, not four systems
Administrator, supervisor, operator, quality control. Each sees strictly what they need to do their job.
