APS Scheduler sits on top of D&A Management Software. It is not a separate product.

It pays for itself in a shop where several machines can run the same operation, where setups cost real time, and where the order work enters genuinely moves the delivery date. If your flow is simple and you run two machines, we will tell you at the demo that you do not need it.

How it actually decides what runs and when — that is a conversation on screen, with your own orders in front of us.

What it does, concretely

  • Real capacity, not an average

    Which machine can run which operation, how long it actually takes, and what is already on it. Not a load percentage worked out at department level.

  • Sequence moves the date

    The same machines, the same work, a different order — and a different day the job ships. This is where the days are won.

  • See the impact before you commit

    What happens to everything else on the floor if you take this job as well. Before you answer on the phone.

  • The plan on a timeline, to scale

    Every scheduled operation is a block on the shift's hourly axis, machine by machine. Drag a block to another machine or time and the system checks the move before it accepts it.

  • What if, compared against the live plan

    Take a machine down for a window, add a shift, or delay one material, and see which orders become late and which stop being late. The live plan changes only when you confirm.

  • Enabled per company

    D&A works fully without it. We switch it on only if the maths works for you.
