The inspector splits the batch into good, redo and scrap. Redo pieces get their own sub-order back into production; scrap adds its cost to the order. Nobody re-enters the order.
Do we need the scheduler?
Only if the numbers show a real gain. With a simple flow on two machines, we will tell you in the demo that you do not.
